The compact size and flexibility of this remote allows it to be used as both a visor model by slipping it into the cradle and using the visor clip or as a keychain remote using the easy disconnect keychain ring included. This item is brand new and includes full manufactures warranty. Packaging can vary depending on stock on hand and is typically from dealer bulk pack were remote comes is in a plastic bag but occasionally could be in retail blister pack.
